RETOS [Jul.2024]: Taller de Core Tools para no-automotriz

 

En la industria automotriz, muchas de las lecciones aprendidas de éxitos y fallas han culminado en el uso mandatorio de un conjunto de herramientas llamadas core tools. 

Estas core tools pueden ser también de alto valor agregado en industrias diferentes a la automotriz. 

En este taller, el equipo de Serex trabajó junto con su cliente en la adaptación de estas herramientas para sus necesidades y retos, sobre todo, focalizadas en la planeación, seguimiento y ejecución de "lanzamientos perfectos" de nuevos productos. 

Más que focalizarnos en la capacitación, en SEREX buscamos que el conocimiento se traduzca en acción, por lo que acompañamos a nuestros clientes en juntas de trabajo posteriores a la capacitación, dónde los participantes demuestran la aplicación de lo aprendido.

CHALLENGES [Aug.2023]: Agile Project Management Workshop

 

Preparation of 3 technological innovation projects in a ceramics company, to take advantage of the team's capabilities and improve the company's competitive position. The projects begin with the Design Thinking cycles, are formally validated with project evaluation tools, and are developed through agile and SCRUM methods, until they are brought to market.

The projects developed through Design Thinking take advantage of the empathy and understanding of the Real Needs of the clients. Customers are expected to participate in the co-design of new products and their related services. In early stages, functional prototypes (MVP, Minimum Viable Products) are built to facilitate communication and evaluation of the economic viability of the projects. Finally, the development is done in an agile way through periodic sessions with clearly defined deliverables and roles. At SEREX we accompany our clients through all these stages, maximizing the possibility of having highly competitive products.

CHALLENGES [Jul.2023]: Preventive Quality Analysis

 

Preparation of 4 Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and their respective Control Plans together with multifunctional teams from a world-class food plant, to give a preventive approach to their processes and improve their competitive position. 

We start from the analysis of the first steps of each process, identification of failure modes, causes and effects, until concluding with a complete line FMEA (field work), and the validation of improvement actions taken. By working like this, we ensure not only the assimilation of the concepts, but also that we ground what we have learned into a tangible improvement in the preventive quality of existing processes.

 

At SEREX we support our clients so that their knowledge is documented in a preventive quality strategy, which minimizes the risks of complaints, defects, waste, failures and incidents.
